Miss Rodeo America winner is Katherine Merck from Spokane, WA. This month the 61st Miss Rodeo America pageant was held in conjunction with the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, in Las Vegas.
Spanning eight days the ladies competed in the areas of appearance, horsemanship, and personality. Katherine a Gonzaga University law student also won a $25,000 scholarship, which she says she will use to pursue a master’s degree from the University of Washington law school. She wants to help farmers and ranchers with estate planning and water rights.
