The Power of Images

We’ve all seen or heard the stats and there is no doubt that images and video will enhance your content. In telling your story, make it a visual story to encourage engagement and understanding.

This Massage Therapist is shown in a grooming area working on a horse.

What do you see with this image? Someone working on a horse… a well organized, clean grooming area… safe footing… and a posture that appears to be bodywork (if you are familiar with this posture).

Use an image that with just a glance clarifies what you do, one that tells a story.  Show the connection of massage with the horse to add emotion to your image.  Let us see your face… your connection.  Give power to your images.

No matter your profession or discipline create your story with images that drive home the point you want to make.  Do you offer Party Ponies, let us see that group of happy kids with the ponies.  Farrier, show us your work, work ethic, and bit of personality.   Do you teach, show us your connection with your student or horse.

Are you better at swinging a leg over the horses, then getting creative with your marketing?  Locate someone to that can follow you around for the day.  Snapping images from across the pen to up close ups. Get those candid shots that share your personality.  Get those unique shots that can share just who you are.

Pull in someone to take those images and combine them with the words that create the message you want to share with others.  There are those that do wordsmithing and know horses, you will find them in the Business Services category of the NW Equine directory.
