COMMUNITY GELDING CLINIC

HOSTED BY CEDARBROOK FARMS

Announcing the next Community Gelding Clinic: November 16th, 2019

(12 STALLION LIMIT – Required Fee: $100)

We are thrilled to announce our next Community Gelding Clinic of 2019! The clinic will offer this important surgical procedure to rescues and qualifying owners. (Pre-registration required – see below)

Each year, 90,000 to 140,000 unwanted equines in the USA are slaughtered. With the collaborative efforts of Cedarbrook Farms, local veterinarians and The American Veterinary Medical Foundation Cedarbrook Fund – our goal is to reduce the number of unwanted horses in our region. Additionally, our Community Gelding Clinic Program provides veterinary students with hands-on, cruelty free learning opportunities in an environment where they can learn about the community’s equine needs, while under direct supervision of licensed, highly experienced veterinarians.

So, spread the word, don’t miss out, be the change … and SIGN UP TO PARTICIPATE, TODAY!

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED

This clinic is open to rescues as well as the public for equine owners who require financial assistance in order to geld their stallions. For an application, please contact us at info@cedarbrookvet.com.

Owners are responsible for all other costs associated with the clinic, such as travel, tetanus vaccination, and any aftercare, including, but not limited to Bute, antibiotics, emergency calls, and recheck examinations as required.
