A 70-day racing season beginning Friday, April 9 and ending Sunday, September 11 has been announced for 2016 at Emerald Downs.
The racing dates were approved Friday at the Washington Horse Racing Commission’s monthly meeting at Auburn City Hall. The schedule includes a 20th anniversary celebration in June and the introduction of Saturday night racing for four weekends in July.
