This workshop is for anyone wanting to review proven and straightforward horsemanship skills that will keep you safe and in control, while offering their horse a fun and engaging experience to begin their 2018 riding season

Preparing your horse to ride is not only about moving your horse’s feet but about engaging your horses mind. Learn valuable techniques to get your horse calm, connected, responsive, and confident.
Is your horse ready to ride? Review the steps professional horseman, like Pat Parelli, take to help facilitate a safe and successful ride. You will learn how to identify your horse’s idea to better adjust your plan during riding, as well as, valuable patterns to bring connection in the saddle.
Sunday May 6
FUN WITH YOUR HORSE
Put to practice the new skills you’ve learned with a fun day of on-line and riding challenges including a “Game of Chance”
Holly will coach you through and help you identify the steps to take when you and your horse are confronted with an unfamiliar obstacle or challenge. This is not about getting your horse over, under and through but about you developing skills to help build your horse’s confidence.
$250 for both days.

Holly has ridden her whole life and has taught horsemanship professionally for 20 years. Originally from Colorado, she discovered the Parelli program 10 years ago and quickly began pursuing her Level 4 and Professional’s status. She has been a licensed instructor since 2012 and ridden with Pat and Linda, spending time studying with them on the road and at their ranch. She has taught on campus at the ISC in Colorado and has helped hundreds of people gain confidence, savvy and inspiration to be better for their horse.
